We build climate solutions for real systems

We focus on how superpollutant emissions actually occur and how to eliminate them within the food systems people rely on every day.

The emissions were there. The path wasn't.

Superpollutant emissions in the food supply chain are distributed, predictable, and tied to infrastructure that runs every day—refrigerants leaking during normal operation, methane escaping from food loss and waste. The same qualities that make them scalable have made them historically difficult to fund.

We built the infrastructure to close that gap.

Our Vision

A system that connects operations to funding.

Therm brings together operators, emissions reductions, and capital. We turn day-to-day activity into projects that can be verified, funded, and delivered.

From local operations to global impact.

We work with the operators who keep the global food supply chain running—farmers, cold storage providers, grocers, and the facilities in between.

Our Leadership Team

We're engineers, pragmatists, and builders.

We’ve spent decades inside these systems—how they’re installed, maintained, and run. So we built the infrastructure to match. We aggregate emissions across operators, structure them into projects, and connect them to funding without adding complexity to daily operations.

Built from the ground up.

Therm started in refrigeration, working directly with grocery operators to reduce operational refrigerant emissions in active systems. From there, we expanded into food waste systems—applying the same approach to methane.

Today, we operate across the global food supply chain, building a platform that connects real-world super pollutant emissions to the capital required to eliminate them.
